The ACB2001 actuator is a rotary output, linear torque proportional electric servo designed for mechanical actuation of fuel system control levers
requiring torques in the 5 lb-ft range. The actuator is energized by appropriate speed control unit signals, and is capable of 35 degrees of rotation with torques as high as 12 Lb-Ft.
POWER INPUT
Operating Voltage Nominal 24 VDC
Normal Operating Current Up to 5 A
Maximum Stall Current (Short Duration) Up to 12 A
GAC ACB2001 remote mounting actuator is a remote mounting (wide rotary travel) electric actuator which is GAC’s largest actuator.
This universal actuator suitable for large carburetors, large fuel pumps, and multiple-injector systems.
Main features of the GAC 2001:
The actuator is designed for use on high pressure and high inertia based fuel injector systems.
The actuator mechanically interfaces to the fuel injector system by the use of a ball joint linkage arrangement.
The actuator is electrically terminated with a 2 pole screw terminal connector assembly on the main actuator housing. The actuator operates on 24vdc battery supply only.
The actuator is supplied with dedicated actuator control lever for mechanical interfacing.

Internal springs provide fail safe operation by forcing the actuator to the fuel shut off position when the actuator is de-energized. Both CW and CCW shafts are available. Engine applications include large block pumps, and dual medium and some large size carburetors.
